氮肥减施对温室番茄产量和品质的影响研究

摘    要:目的]为了提高番茄品质和氮肥利用效率,研究氮肥减施对设施番茄产量和品质的影响效应。方法]以现有施氮水平为对照,研究了追施氮肥用量分别减少20%、40%和60%对番茄果实产量、可溶性糖含量、维生素C含量和硝酸盐含量的影响。结果]追施氮肥用量减少20%,番茄产量并未降低,果实的口感品质得到提升,可溶性糖含量提高4.90%,番茄果实的营养品质得到提高,维生素C含量提高9.21%,番茄果实的安全质量得到改善,硝酸盐含量降低6.97%。结论]现有施氮水平下追施氮肥用量减少20%较为适宜。

Effect of Nitrogen Reduction on Yield and Quality of Tomato in Greenhouse

Abstract:Objection]The aim was to improve greenhouse tomato quality and nitrogen efficiency.Method]The tomato yield,soluble sugar content,vitamin C content and nitrate content were studied under the amount of topdressing nitrogen reduced by 20%,40%and 60%respectively.Result]The results showed that the yield of tomato did not decrease when the amount of topdressing nitrogen decreased by 20%.But the soluble sugar content of tomato increased by 4.90%and the vitamin C content increased by 9.21%,and the nitrate content reduced by 6.97%.These indexes were the important indexes which affected the taste,nutrition and safety.Conclusion]It was suitable to reduce the topdressing nitrogen by 20%.
