马巴贝斯虫18S rRNA基因吉林省分离株的序列分析

摘    要:为分析马巴贝斯虫吉林省分离株的18S rRNA基因序列,根据马巴贝斯虫18S rRNA基因序列设计1对引物,对吉林省的马匹血液基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,PCR产物进行克隆、测序,扩增出大小为435bp的马巴贝斯虫18S rRNA基因片段.序列分析显示,马巴贝斯虫吉林省分离株与南非株同源性最高,为98.4%.

Abstract:To analyse the 18S rRNA nucleotide sequence of Babesia equi in Jilin Province,a pair of primers were designed according to the 18S rRNA gene sequences.The genomic DNA were extracted from horse blood and amplified by PCR.Its purified productions were cloned,(sequenced) and analysed.The results showed that the fragment size was 435 bp,and the homology of nucleotide sequence between Jilin isolated strain and South Africa strain was the highest,which was(98.4%.)
