基质对西番莲扦插苗生根的影响

摘    要:为提高云南西番莲扦插苗的质量,筛选适宜于培育西番莲扦插苗的基质,以红壤、椰糠和河沙为基质原材料,研究单一或复配10个不同配比的基质对西番莲扦插育苗根系的影响,并进行育苗成本分析。结果表明,不同基质处理对西番莲扦插条的生根率有显著影响,扦插后45天,红土:椰糠=3:7和红土:椰糠=5:5的配比方式,西番莲扦插条的生根率最高,分别为(76.67±6.67)%和(74.44±12.62)%。红土:椰糠=7:3、红土:椰糠=3:7、红土:椰糠=8:2和红土:椰糠=5:5配比下根系数量较多,根系数量均在20根以上。椰糠、红土:椰糠=5:5的根系较长,最长根系均达到5 cm以上。综合考虑不同基质处理下西番莲扦插苗的生根率、根系数量和最长的根系长度,以及基质成本,建议在生产中推广使用红土:椰糠=5:5的配比。

Abstract:To improve the quality of the cutting seedlings of Passiflora caerulea in Yunnan, suitable substrates for cultivating the cutting seedlings of P. caerulea were selected. Red soil, coconut chaff and river sand were used as substrate raw materials to study the effects of single substrate or mixed substrates with 10 different ratios on the root system of P. caerulea cutting seedlings, and the cost of seedling cultivation was analyzed. The results showed that different substrate treatments had significant effects on the rooting rate of P. caerulea cuttings. 45 days after cutting, the rooting rate of P. caerulea cuttings was the highest in substrates with the ratio of red soil: coconut chaff of 3:7 and red soil: coconut chaff of 5:5, the rooting rate was (76.67±6.67)% and (74.44±12.62)%, respectively. The treatments with red soil: coconut chaff of 7:3, red soil: coconut chaff of 3:7, red soil: coconut chaff of 8:2 and red soil: coconut chaff of 5:5 had a large number of roots, all of which were more than 20. The treatments with coconut chaff only or red soil: coconut chaff of 5:5 had relatively long roots, and the longest roots could reach more than 5 cm. Considering the rooting rate, root number, the length of the longest root, as well as substrate cost of P. caerulea cutting seedlings under different substrate treatments, it is suggested that the ratio of red soil to coconut chaff of 5:5 should be popularized in production.
