摘    要:水曲柳是中国重要的用材树种,也是中国东北地区重要的造林树种之一。为了对该树种有全面的认识和了解,本文就水曲柳生理学、生态学、遗传改良和繁育技术等作了综述和探讨,并提出今后水曲柳的研究应集中在以下几个方面:水曲柳大径材培育,水曲柳体胚,水曲柳作为园林绿化树种的应用,水曲柳药用价值的开发应用等,对其研究方向进行了展望,以期为后续的相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:Fraxinus mandshurica is an important timber species in China, as well as one of the major afforestation species in northeast China. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of this species, the physiology, ecology, genetic improvement and breeding techniques of F. mandshurica were reviewed and discussed. It is suggested that the future research on F. mandshurica should focus on the following aspects: the cultivation of large diameter timbers of F. mandshurica, the somatic embryogenesis of F. mandshurica, the application of F. mandshurica as landscape tree species, and the development and application of its medicinal value. The research direction is also discussed in the study, aiming to provide certain reference for subsequent research on F. mandshurica.
