模糊聚类在作物遗传差异分析中的应用研究

摘    要:本文就模糊聚类在植物遗传差异分析中的应用问题进行了初步探讨,并将其与常用的作物遗传聚类分析方法进行了比较。认为,在应用多个性状计算品种间的相似系数(隶属函数)前,应当将各性状构成的相关指标转换成非相关指标,再参加相似系数计算。本文以玉米和水稻为例进行了说明。

Abstract:This paper deals with the application of fuzzy clustering to the analysis qf genetic divergence of crop materials. Comparison is made between fuzzy clustering analysis and genetic clustering methods commonly used in plant breeding. Examples of maize and rice are given for illustratiou. The results show that fuzzy clustering analysis can not be made correctly until the correlated variables are transformed into non-correlated variables. It is found that fuzzy clustering analysis is as applicable to plant breeding as general genetic clustering methods.
