摘    要:作为能源消费大国和二氧化碳排放大国,如何在推进工业化和城市化的同时有效应对能源短缺和环境问题以及实现低碳发展是我国面临的一个重大挑战。文中在指出碳强度产生背景并分析其影响因素和降低碳强度措施的基础上,简述发展生物质能源对降低碳强度的作用,对阻碍生物质能源发展的综合成本问题进行讨论并提出应对建议。

Abstract:As a large country of energy consumption and CO2 emission in the world, China is facing a serious challenge of how to effectively address energy shortages and environmental issues and realize the low carbon development while promoting the industrialization and urbanization. Based on the introduction of background where carbon intensity is generated as a term and the analysis of its influencing factors and measures to reduce the intensity, the paper demonstrated the role of the development of biomass energy in the carbon intensity reduction, discussed the integrated cost that hinders the biomass energy development, and came up with the suggestions accordingly.
