摘    要:近年来,转基因食品发展迅速,给人类带来巨大的经济利益,但同时也存在安全性隐患.当务之急是加强对转基因食品的检测.概述了分子生物学技术在转基因食品检测中的应用,包括基因水平、转录水平和翻译水平上的检测应用.

Abstract:In recent years, genetically modified food had been developed rapidly. It had brought us much economic benefit, but it also exited safety problems. Therefere, it was very important and urger to strengthen the detection of genetically modified food. In this paper, the recent progresses of mdecular biological techniques applied to the detection of genetically modified food were introduced.
