低温胁迫对紫花苜蓿种子萌发期可溶性糖和淀粉的影响

摘    要:在种子萌发期,对肇东、敖汉、中牧一号、驯鹿和阿尔冈金5个紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种进行不同温度的低温处理,比较不同温度下各品种的可溶性糖和淀粉含量的变化。结果表明,低温胁迫下,各品种可溶性糖含量变化呈先降低后升高再降低的趋势,淀粉含量的变化呈先升高后降低的趋势,不同品种的两者含量的变化程度不相同。

Abstract:At germination period, 5 cultivars of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) were treated to compare the content of soluble sugar and starch under low temperature stress of different temperture. The results show that under low temperature stress, the content of soluble sugar decreased firstly, then increased, and decreased at last; the content of starch increased firstly and then decreased; the content of different cultivars were varied with each other.
