河南黄河湿地现状与保护对策

在对河南黄河湿地全面调查的基础上 ,对河南黄河湿地的现状进行了综合评价 ,针对河南黄河湿地存在的问题 ,提出了建立国家级自然保护区、加强宣传教育、加快立法步伐、加大执法力度、增加投入、加强基础设施建设、提高管护与科研水平和加强国际间的合作交流等合理化建议 ,以保护河南黄河湿地生态系统的功能和生物多样性。

The Current Status And Strategies For The Wetland In Henan

Based on the general investigation about the wetland of Yellow River in Henan,this paper carries through comprehensive assessment towards the current statusquo.In allusion to the existing problems in the wetland of Yellow River in Henan,this paper puts forward a series of reasonable suggestions such as establishing the national nature dependency enhancing,the propaganda and education,strengthening the lawmaking,increasing the inputs,enforcing the construction of fundamental facilities,heightening the level of management and protection and intensifying the intemational collaboration and interchange.The purpose is to protect the function of ecosystem and biodiversity of the wetland of Yellow River in Henan.
