钼酸铵法测定水稻过氧化氢酶活性

摘    要:钼酸铵法测定植物CAT活性,具有准确、方便、高效的特点.以内两优6号、秀水09的剑叶为材料,通过与紫外吸收法准确度和精确度的比较,来验证该方法的可靠性.结果表明,两种方法结果均值接近,没有显著性差异.紫外吸收法的变异系数分别是0.78%和0.58%,钼酸铵法的变异系数分别是0.35%和0.42%.

Abstract:To detect the activities of rice catalase, ammonium molydate method is accurate, convenient and ef-ficient. The reliability of the method was verified by using flag leaf of Neiliangyou 6 and Xiushui 09 and com-paring the accuracy and the precision with ultraviolet absorption method. The result showed that, the average of two methods had no significant difference. The Coefficient of Variation of ultraviolet absorption method re-spectively was 0.78% and 0.58%, and the Coefficient of Variation of ammonium molydate method respectively is 0.35% and 0.42%.
