皖北地区农户农地转出行为影响因素研究——基于393个农户调查数据

基于生存适应能力视角,构建农地流转中农户转出行为影响因素的分析框架,通过实地调查,采用二元Logistic模型实证检验相关因素对其转出农地行为的影响。结果表明：转出农地农户占比较低;在反映农民当下生存能力的变量中,农民受教育水平、职业类型、家庭非农收入水平、家庭非农劳动力数对农民转出农地行为有显著正向影响,承包地面积则有显著负向影响;在反映农民未来适应能力的变量中,农民在城镇落户以及对农村土地经营权流转政策了解程度对其转出农地行为有显著正向影响;农民年龄及参加农村养老保险情况则有显著负向影响。

Influencing Factors of Farmland Transfer Behavior of Farmers in Northern Anhui Province: Based on the Data from a Survey of 393 Farmers

From the perspective of survival adaptability, this paper constructs the analysis framework of influencing factors of farmers'' behavior in rural land transfer. Through field survey, this paper empirically explores the impact of relevant factors on farmers'' transfer behavior by using binary logistic model. The results show that the proportion of farmers who have transferred agricultural land is relatively low. Among the variables reflecting farmers'' current viability, individual education and occupation, household non-agricultural income and the number of non-agricultural labor force in a family have a significant positive impact on farmers'' transfer of agricultural land, while the contracted land area has a significant negative impact. Among the variables reflecting farmers'' future adaptability, whether farmers settle in cities or towns and their understanding of policy on rural land management right transfer have a significant positive impact on their transfer of rural land, while their age and whether they participate in rural old-age insurance have a significant negative impact on their transfer of rural land.
