互联网对家庭贫困的影响效应分析

基于2016~2018年中国家庭追踪调查（CFPS）数据,分析使用互联网对家庭贫困所产生的影响。结果表明：使用互联网能显著增加家庭收益,具有良好的抑贫效果,但会因家庭水平层次不同而产生差异。人均受教育年限高于8.155年、健康程度良好的家庭能够显著发挥互联网的减贫效应,反之不显著;家庭存款在10 600元以上、抚养影响程度小于3的家庭使用互联网能取得良好收益,反之不显著。互联网使用效果具有地区异质性,东部地区家庭使用互联网的增收效应小于中西部地区,能缓解地区间的收入差距。建议加快落后地区信息基础设施建设,完善社会保障机制,推动互联网与精准扶贫深度结合。

The Impact of Internet on Family Poverty

Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) from 2016 to 2018, this paper analyzes the impact of using the Internet on household poverty. The results show that the use of the Internet can significantly increase family income and has a good effect on poverty alleviation, but it will vary depending on the level of the family. The Internet''s poverty reduction effect can be efficiently exerted on families with more than 8.155 average years of schooling and in good health, otherwise the effect is not considerable. Households with more than 10,600 yuan deposits and less than 3 degree of support can use the Internet to obtain good benefits, otherwise the benefit is not significant. Moreover, the effect of Internet is regionally heterogeneous. The income-increasing effect on households in the eastern region is smaller than that in the central and western regions, which can alleviate the income gap between regions. It is recommended to speed up the construction of information infrastructure in backward areas, improve the social security mechanism, and promote the in-depth integration of the Internet and targeted poverty alleviation.
