摘    要:[目的]研究18.6;拌·福·乙(18.6;拌种灵·福美双·乙酰甲胺磷)悬浮种衣剂对大型溞、斜生栅列藻和蚯蚓的毒性及其安全性.[方法]通过接触、经口及试验毒性测定.[结果]18.6;拌福乙悬浮种衣剂对水溞48 h - ECs0值为0.168 mg/L,斜生栅列藻72 h - EC50值为9.12 mg/L,对蚯蚓的14 d -LC50值大于101mg/kg干土.18.6;拌福乙悬浮种衣剂无闪点,对包装材料无腐蚀性.[结论]18.6;拌福乙悬浮种衣剂对大型蚤为高毒级,对斜生栅列藻和蚯蚓为低毒级,在运输和存放过程中不存在任何危险.

Abstract:【Objective】 This experiment aimed to study the acute toxicity about environmental biology contained in daphnia magna,scenedesmus obliquus and earthworms against 18.6% seed coating of Amicarthiazol & Thiram & Acephate,and their environmental safety evaluation.【Method】The toxic test was carried out by contact,oral and assay in the experiments.【Result】It was shown 48 h-EC50 value of daphnia magna was 0.168 mg/L,72 h-EC50 value of scenedesmus obliquus was 9.12 mg/L and 14 d-LC50 value of earthworms was more than 101 mg/kg.No flash point and corrosivity of 18.6% seed coating of Amicarthiazol & Thiram & Acephate on package was observed.【Conclusion】The results indicated that 18.6% seed coating of Amicarthiazol &Thiram & Acephate had high toxicity to daphnia magna and low toxicity to scenedesmus obliquus and earthworms.Besides,18.6% seed coating of Amicarthiazol & Thiram & Acephate was safe in transit and storage.
