生姜内生菌多样性及微生物拮抗作用的初步研究

摘    要:目的]通过对生姜中内生微生物的分离鉴定,了解生姜中内生菌的多样性和功能.方法]采用5种培养基对生姜根茎块中的内生菌进行了分离,通过形态学分析及ARDRA分析,选择具有代表性的表型进行了16S rRNA基因序列测定及比对分析,并对上述菌进行了微生物拮抗实验.结果]从生姜中分离获到了23株内生菌,分为8个不同的表型,比对分析确定其分属于Pseudomonas属、Bacillus属、Brachybacterium属、Stenotrophomonas属、Rahnella属,未发现真菌,发现多数菌株具有拮抗作用.结论]生姜内生菌较为单调,但可能是重要的农用微生物资源.

Abstract:【Objective】In order to acquire the information about the diversity of endophytes in Ginge and their function,strains were isolated and identified.【Method】Strains were isolated by using five different isolation media,and different phenotypes were chosen for 16S rRNA gene sequence and systematic analysis,which was based on their morphology and ARDRA analysis.In addition,all isolates were tested in antimicrobial experiments.【Result】Twenty-three endophytes were isolated from ginger,and eight strains were sequenced and analyzed.The result showed that strains fall into Pseudomonas genus,Bacillus genus,Brachybacterium genus,Stenotrophomonas genus and Rahnella genus.No fungus was found,but most isolates can produce antibiotics.【Conclusion】There was a poor diversity of endophytes in Ginge,but endophytes in ginger may be a great source in the research of the agricultural microbiology.
