洋葱鳞茎农艺性状与产量相关性及通径分析

对9个洋葱品种的9个农艺性状进行了相关性和通径分析.结果表明:洋葱鳞茎鲜重与横径、纵径、干物质、开放鳞片鲜重呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.8415、0.8069、0.8032、0.9947;开放鳞片鲜重、闭合鳞片鲜重是影响鳞茎鲜重的主要因素,其中开放鳞片鲜重对单株鳞茎的直接通径系数最大,可作为洋葱丰产育种的主要选择性状;对供试品种进行产量分析表明,在铁岭地区引种可考虑太阳06-1和太阳06-3这2个品种.

Correlation and Path Analysis of the Main Agronomic Characteristic of Onion Bulb

The correlation and path analysis of 9 agronomic characters were studied with 9 varieties of onion bulb.The results of correlation analysis showed that the onion bulb yield and the bulb diameter,bulb vertical,dry substance and open bud scale weight were positively correlated.The related coefficient respectively were r=0.8415**,r=0.8069**,r=0.8032**,r=0.9947**.The results on path analysis showed that the yield of the onion bulb was affected mostly by the open bud scale and the close bud scale weight,moreover,the per plant onion bulb was directly affected by open bud scale weight which could be taken as main selection characters for high yield.The analyzing results of the provided onion bulb samples showed that we can grow the Sun 06-1 and the Sun 06-3 in Tieling.
