蜡蚧轮枝菌昆明菌株KM9803的抗紫外线选育*

摘    要: 以昆明地区分离的蜡蚧轮枝菌KM9803为出发菌株,通过单孢分离、紫外线诱变及化学诱变等手段获取14个菌株,经室内紫外线照射,测定14个菌株分生孢子萌芽率,表明各菌株分生孢子在抗紫外线能力上较出发菌株均有不同程度的提高。

Abstract:KM9803,an isolate of Verticillium lecanii(Zimm) viegas,was an important Entomogenous fungi separated in the kunming zone.14 isolates were obtained by culturing with Monospores,ultraviolet mutagenic trial and chemical multagenic trial and their capability of anti-UV-ray were studied in this thesis.The results showed that every isolates had higher tolerence ability than KM9803 against UV-ray by detecting the conidiospore germination rate.
