| Abstract: | Starting from a discussion of the conflicts of interests in the process of demolition of civil houses and resettlement of the residents in development programs in urban areas, this paper analyzes the interests of the parties involved and the underlying causes for the conflicts. Based on that, some measures are proposed to protect the interests of all the parties involved. |
