| 摘 要： | 为确定在我国流行的一株蓝舌病病毒（ＢＴＶ－１０）的基因型和血清型背景，对该毒株及来自美国的５ 株不同血清型（ＢＴＶ－２，ＢＴＶ－１０，ＢＴＶ－１１，ＢＴＶ－１３，ＢＴＶ－１７），来自澳大利亚的ＢＴＶ－１５，来自南非的ＢＴＶ－１ 型毒株进行了核酸同源性比较和系统树分析。结果表明：这８ 株病毒分属于３ 种不同的病毒型，中国分离株与来自美国的ＢＴＶ－１０ 同源性最高，与美国分离株ＢＴＶ－２，ＢＴＶ－１０，ＢＴＶ－１１，ＢＴＶ－１７ 同属于一个型。据分析结果推测中国分离株ＢＴＶ－１０ 很可能是美国ＢＴＶ－１０ 型与ＢＴＶ－１７ 型基因重组的结果

| Abstract: | In ordertolearn thegenotypeand serotype background ofa BluetongueVirus strain isolated in China com parision and phylogenetic analysis ofthe nucleotide sequence of BTVUSA isolatesBTV-2, BTV-10, BTV-11, BTV-13, BTV-15, BTV-17,Austrilian iso- latesBTV-15,South African isolatesBTV-1 and ChineseisolatesBTV-10 wereconduced.The resultshow thatthese eightvirusstrainscan be divided into three genotypes.The nucleotide sequence hom ologyofChineseBTV-10 strain w ith USABTV-10 strain isthehighest.Chinese BTV-10, USA BTV-2 , BTV-10, BTV-11, BTV-17 should belong to the sam e genotype. Wecan also estim atethatChineseBTV-10hasevolved by genom icreassortm entbetw een USA BTV-10 and BTV-17. |
