图书馆人性化服务的历史渊源及其内涵

摘    要:笔者对图书馆人性化服务的历史渊源及其内涵进行了系统的研究,本文从历史的角度、从公共图书馆到专业化图书馆来考察论述了图书馆的人性化服务的渊源,并在此基础上阐述了人性化服务的内涵及对读者所具有的意义。

Abstract:s: The author has systematically undertaken study on the historical origin and connotation of humanization service in libraries. In terms of history,the paper expounds the origin of humanization service in libraries from the public library to the specialized library,and on this basis, explains the connotation of the humanization service and the meaning of humanization service in the library towards readers.
