摘    要:以菊苣子叶为外植体,将其接种在含有不同种类和浓度抗生素的培养基上进行培养,研究卡那霉素(Km)和头孢霉素(Cef)对菊苣子叶愈伤组织诱导和芽分化的影响.研究结果表明:卡那霉素(Km)和头孢霉素(Cef)对菊苣子叶愈伤组织和芽的分化有抑制作用.随着卡那霉素浓度的提高,菊苣子叶愈伤组织和芽的分化频率逐渐降低,当Km达到25 mg/L时,完全抑制愈伤组织诱导产生芽.与Km相比,头孢霉素的抑制作用相对弱一些.但随着头孢霉素浓度的提高,菊苣子叶的出愈率和出芽率也都下降.

Abstract:The cotyledons of chicory were used as explants for tissue culture on the medium with different antibi-otics to study the effect of Km (kanamycin) and Cef (cefotaxime) on their callus induction and bud differentiation. The results showed that Km and Cef had inhibited the differentiation of the cotyledons of chicory and their plant regeneration. With the higher concentration of the antibiotics, the callus and shoot induction rates were reduced. When Km=25 mg/L, there was no shoots regenerated. Compared with ...
