摘    要:花生水培试验表明:NO_3~--N和HCO_3~-是引起花生缺铁失绿的主要原因之一,特别是两者共存时影响更大.NH_4~ -N有利于改善花生的铁营养状况,可缓和甚至消除NO_3~--N和HCO_3~-引起的生理性缺铁.土培试验中硫酸铵配施硝化抑制剂,使花生吸收的氮以NH_4~ -N为主,在一定程度上矫正了花生缺铁失绿.不同的氮形态及碳酸氢根对花生铁营养的影响,主要是由于它们使植株体内细胞及组织的酸碱度不同而引起的.NO_3~- —N和HCO_3~-可提高植株体内的碱度,从而不利于植株体内铁的运转及利用.NH_4~-N具有抵消或缓和NO_3~--N和HCO_3~-对植株组织碱化作用的能力.

Abstract:The effect of bicarbonate combined with different nitrogen froms on iron nutrition was investgated by water culture and pot experiments on peanut. It showed that NO3-and HCO3-- ,especially when combined with each other,was one of the main resons of iron chlorosis.which could be alleviated or even eliminated by NH4 -N. Application of nitrogen fertilizer mixed with nitrapyrin,which enabled the plants to absorb NH4 -N as the main nitrogen form, could improve peanut iron nutrition in iron deficient areas. The main reason of NH4 -N in alleviating even eliminating the harmful effect of HCO3- and NO3- on iron nutrition might be that NH4 could decrease pH of the leaves increased by HCO3- and NO3-.
