摘    要:在过去的30年中,中国的茶机发生了8方面的变化,在整体上促进了茶机性能的完善和能源利用率的提高。中国茶机工业已经走上规范化和标准化的进程,形成了完整的工业体系,拥有设计、制造各类茶的加工设备和茶园作业机械的能力,并具有向国内、外提供成套设备的实力。红外辐射、光谱色差、可编程控制器和工业控制器等先进技术已在茶机上应用成功。茶机的理论研究也已系统展开。

Abstract:In the past 30 years,the tea machinery field in China has changedat 8 aspects,making tea machinesmore perfect and more efficient. Through defining standardization and normalization, Chinese tea machineryindustry has formed itself intoan integrated industrial system with the ability to design and manufacture allkinds of tea machines necessary for processing various kinds of teas , and to provide domestic and abroad withcomplete sets of tea processing equipment. Hi-teches such as infrared radiation, spectro-colorimetric tech-nique, PLC and PC technology have been used successfully in tea machinery field. The theoretical study ontea machinery has been launched systematically during this period.
