简析永州市城镇化发展

通过对永州城镇发展的历史与现实的成就和问题分析.并与全省同等城市的差距进行比较分析,寻找永州城镇化发展的存在问题和剖析原因,并从城镇规划、培育永州经济增长极、制度创新、积极发展重点小城镇、加快农村劳动力转移、大力推进工业化和第三产业的进程、加大城镇公共事业的投入,改善公共设施设备、转变政府职能、进一步优化城镇发展的软环境等措施入手,提出永州城镇化跨越发展的时策.

Study of Urbanization Development in Yongzhou City

Based on the situation of urbanization development in Yongzhou,and the gap between coequal cities in the same province,the problems existed and its causes were analyzed.Some measures of the urban planning,fostering economic growth pole in Yongzhou,system innovation,focusing on positive development of small cities and towns,expediting the transfer of rural labor force,vigorously promoting the process of industrialization and the tertiary industry, increasing investment in urban public utilities,improving public facilities and equipment,transforming government functions,and optimizing the urban development of the soft environment should be adopted to promote the development of the urbanization in Yongzhou city.
