摘    要:真空冷冻干燥(FD)技术被广泛应用于医药、生物、航空和食品等领域。FD食品有着营养丰富、风味良好、食用方便等特点。在我国,FD技术作为一种新兴的食品加工方法,正逐渐被人们所了解和认可,有着广阔的市场前景和发展空间。

Abstract:FD(freeze dried) technology were applied widely in the field of medicine,biology,aviation and food etc.FD food had many characteristics such as abundant nutrition,good flavor and convenience.As a new method of food producting,FD technology was understood and accepted gradually,FD technology had broad market prospects and developing space.
