退化雷竹林改造方式转变的一种新模式

浙江省是中国重点产竹省份,竹笋产业一直是典型山区浙江临安的一大支柱产业,雷竹笋特色产业是当地农村经济的重要组成部分。随着冬季地表覆盖技术的推广,雷竹笋产业成为林农的主要收入来源。但由于过度施肥、竹林覆盖不当等原因,雷竹林已出现不同程度的退化,严重影响了林农的收入,迫切需要为退化雷竹林寻找出路。临安於潜镇光明村初步探索出了一种改造退化雷竹林的可行模式,具有一定的可推广性。文章详细介绍了光明村改造退化雷竹林的具体做法,包括流转土地、选择替代作物、成立村级企业、创新企业管理模式等,分析了该模式的优势及存在的问题,以期为其他类似情况的地区提供借鉴。

A New Pattern for Improving Degraded Phyllostachys violascens Forests

Zhejiang is the key province for bamboo production in China, and the bamboo shoot industry has been one of the economic pillar of Lin'an, the typical mountainous area. The Phyllostachys violascens shoot industry is the important part of local rural economy. As the winter ground mulching technology has been extended, the Ph. praecox shoot industry has been the main income sources of farmers. But due to over-fertilization, improper mulching and other factors, Ph. violascens forests have been degraded to different extent, which seriously affects the income increase of farmers. Therefore, it is imperatively needed to find a solution. Guangming Village under Yuqian Township, Lin'an, has preliminarily explored a feasible pattern for improving the degraded Ph. violascens forests, which could be extended to some extent. The paper described in detail the specific practices adopted in Guangming Village to improve the degraded Ph. violascens forests, including land transfer, alternative crop selection, village corporation setup, innovative corporation management, etc., and analyzed the advantages and existing problems of the pattern, with the expectation to provide the references to other regions with the similar condition.
