| 摘 要： | 雷竹笋期早、笋味鲜甜,是我国重要的笋用竹种。雷竹原产于浙江,近年来,江西省大面积引种成功,得到了林农和相关管理部门的高度重视。2010-2016年的7年间,江西雷竹种植面积从不足1 333 hm2飙升至1万hm2,平均产值超3万元/667 m2,经济效益凸显。文章在阐述江西雷竹产业发展历程的基础上,分析了雷竹产业发展中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Phyllostachys violascens is a important species for bamboo shoots, with early shooting and sweet and fresh shoots. It is endemic to Zhejiang Province, and has been successfully introduced to Jiangxi Province in recent years, which attracted high attention from forest farmers and related local authorities. Between 2010 and 2016, the planting area of Ph. violascens has soared from 1333 ha to 10000 ha in Jiangxi, and their economic benefits have been looming as the mean outputs has grown beyond 30000 yuan per 667 m2. This paper reviewed the Ph. violascens industry development in the province, analyzed the main problems found in the development and came up with the development countermeasures accordingly. |
