干栏民居新型原竹承重楼板技术研究与实践

篾笆楼面板是传统干栏民居广泛采用的楼面技术,存在刚度低、不防火、隔音差等缺点,严重影响干栏民居的安全性和舒适性。为克服篾笆楼面板的缺陷,提出了一种新型原竹承重楼板技术,利用原竹天然具有的优良物理力学特性,密排铺设在楼面格栅上,具有很好的承载能力,在原竹表面铺设防潮层,用纤维增强黏土做找平层,方便多种现代楼面装饰做法。该技术已经成功运用于示范项目建设,该技术的推广应用,不但可以显著提高干栏民居的安全和舒适水平,还有助于减少木材、水泥、钢材等建筑材料的消耗,有良好的社会、环境和生态效益。

Research and Practices on New Technology of Bamboo Bearing Slab

Slabs with bamboo strips are widely used in traditional Ganlan folk houses. Their shortness such as insufficient stiffness, fire prone and poor sound insulation lead to the insufficiency in safety and comfort of the houses. A new technology of bamboo bearing slab was put forward to overcome these shortness. The technology makes full use of the natural and excellent physical property of bamboo by putting it on the grids of floor, which gives the slab a better load bearing. Moisture barriers are covered on the surface of bamboo and plant fiber reinforced light weight clay is used for ground leveling course, which makes it easier to have various types of floor. This technology has been successfully applied in demo Ganlan folk house project. The technology promotion and application would greatly improve the safety and comfort of the houses and also reduce the consumption of high energy embodied building material such as cement, steel, etc., with good social, environment and ecological benefits.
