三个优质水稻不育系生育特性的比较

观测结果表明 :在供试的 3个优质不育系中 ,以“IR580 2 5A”的播始历期最长( 76～ 99d) ,“东B1 1A”次之 ( 69～ 97d) ,“金 2 3A”最短 ( 50～78d) ;“东B1 1A”和“金 2 3A”的柱头活力及柱头外露率均高于“IR580 2 5A” ;“东B1 1A”的开花最高峰最明显 ,但其始花期比另 2个不育系迟 1d;“金 2 3A”和“IR580 2 5A”的花粉典败率达 1 0 0 % ,“东B1 1A”的典败率为98.0 8% ,圆败率为 1 .92 %。

Comparison of Growth and Developmental Characteristics of Three Good Quality Rice Sterile Lines

The observational results indicate that the duration from sowing to initial heading of "IR58025A" is the longest (76～99 days) among three tested good quality MS (male sterile) lines, and that of "DongB11A" and "Jin23A" is the second longest (69～97 days), the shortest (50～78 days) respectively. The activity of stigma and rate of exserted stigma of "DongB11A" and "Jin23A" are higher than those of "IR58025A".The peak blooming of "DongB11A" is the most significant,but its initial blooming date is one day later than that of the rest two MS lines. The rate of typically abortive pollen of "Jin23A","IR58025A" and "DongB11A" is 100%, 100% and 98.08% respectively,the rate of spherically abortive pollen of "DongB11A" is 1.92%.
