| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机视觉及人工神经网络等交叉学科的研究与应用已扩展到农业工程领域中，并在许多方面取得了重大开拓性成果。文中概括介绍了这两项高新技术在农产品品质自动检测与分级中的应用状况及发展动态，并通过分析指出了当前尚须解决的问题。
