南丹地区烤烟不同叶位化学成分差异分析

摘    要:通过对南丹地区不同叶位的烤烟叶片进行化学成分的检测,了解不同部位叶片主要化学元素分布状况。结果表明:不同叶位镁元素的分布状况为由上到下递减,表现为中下部叶片明显缺镁,缺镁程度由上到下呈递增趋势;碱和总氮含量均未达到理想水平;总糖和还原糖含量在缺镁条件下均超出最佳值,说明烟株缺镁导致烟叶成熟度不够;钾含量逐渐降低,并都处于适宜水平,同时由于钾镁之间的拮抗作用,间接导致南丹地区烟叶中镁含量的不足。
