奶山羊硒中毒临床及病理学研究

通过３组成年奶山羊每周一次口服不同剂量的亚硒酸钠，历时４９ｄ的实验，临床症状逐渐加重，心血管、泌尿、呼吸等系统均受损害，组织病变程度依次为肝脏＞肾脏＞心脏＞脾脏＞肺脏＞淋巴结＞胰脏＞大脑。主要病变为组织细胞变性、分解和坏死，细胞核变形，染色体减少，线粒体嵴稀疏或消失，毛细血管扩张充血、出血和水肿。表明各组织器官对硒的敏感性不同，肝、肾等组织病理变化可以作为奶山羊硒中毒诊断的参考依据。

Study on the Clinic and Pathological Changes in Milk Goats Associated with Selenium Intoxication

Three groups of adult milk goats were orally administrated of differentdoses of sodium selenite weekly for seven week. The clinic signs of the experimentalgoats gradually were worsened.Pathological lesions were presented in cardiac-vessel,urinary,respiratory systems, etc.The serious extent of the pathological changes was inthe orders of liver,kidneys,myocardium,spleen,lungs,lymph nodes,pancreas andbrain. The principal pathological changes were denaturation,degeneration and necrosis inthe tissue cells,deformation in the cell nucleus,decreasion in the chromatins,thinningout or vanishing in the ridge of mitochondrias and congestion,hemorrhage and edema inblood capillarys. It is showed that the affinity of different tissues to selenium is differ-ent,and the pathological changes of liver,kidneys ets. may be used as a reference basis inthe diagnose of selenium intoxication in milk goats.
