| 摘 要： | 2019年,辽宁省开展了生猪屠宰场点资格清理整顿行动,生猪屠宰场点由520家压减为334家。通过分析,指出辽宁省生猪屠宰产业转型升级面临生猪屠宰场点数量多、条件差、布局乱和产能低等严重问题,并对应提出了继续压减场点数量,持续改善屠宰条件,优化产业布局和结构,以及有效提升屠宰产能等相关具体建议。

| Abstract: | In 2019, Liaoning Province launched a campaign to clean up the qualifications of pig slaughtering enterprises, reducing the number of pig slaughtering enterprises from 520 to 334.Through the analysis, the author points out that the transformation and upgrading of pig slaughtering industry in Liaoning Province is faced with such serious problems as the large number of pig slaughtering enterprises, poor slaughter conditions, disordered enterprises layout and low production capacity, and correspondingly proposes to continue to reduce the number of enterprises, continuously improve slaughter conditions, optimize industrial layout and structure, and effectively enhance slaughter capacity and other relevant specific recommendations. |
