高职院校质量文化建设的问题与对策

高职院校质量文化建设尤为必要,不但可以促进内涵建设,提高人才培养质量,而且对于提高院校治理水平和可持续发展具有重要意义。目前,高职院校质量文化建设方面还存在诸多问题,应重点通过抓好党的建设、落实教学诊断与改进方案、在校园文化中倡导工匠精神、加快人事分配制度改革等方面举措来推进质量文化建设,从而使高职院校获得高质量发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of Quality Culture Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

The construction of quality culture in higher vocational colleges is particularly necessary,which can not only promote the construction of connotation,improve the quality of talent training,but also improve the management level and sustainable development of colleges. At present,there are still many problems in the construction of quality culture in higher vocational colleges. We should focus on the construction of the party,the implementation of teaching diagnosis and improvement programs,the advocacy of craftsman spirit in campus culture,and the acceleration of personnel distribution system reform to promote the construction of quality culture,so as to achieve high-quality development in higher vocational colleges.
