中职校思想政治课教师队伍建设的思考

中职校思想政治课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思想政治课关键在教师。但是,中职校的思想政治课教师队伍建设存在重视不够、配备不齐,教师专业素养不足、教育教学能力偏低,教师培养培训体系不完善、缺乏考评激励机制等问题,严重制约着立德树人任务的实现。因此,针对这些方面进行系统地改革,成为加强中职校思想政治课教师队伍建设的有效路径。

Thoughts on Teaching Team Construction of Ideological and Political Course in Secondary Vocational Schools

The Ideological and Political course in secondary vocational schools is the essential course to implement the fundamental tasks of Morality and Cultivating Education. However,the construction of ideological and political teaching team in secondary vocational schools has not been given enough attention,teachers are not professional enough,the imperfect training system for teachers and the lack of evaluative and incentive mechanism,which has restricted the task realization of Morality and Cultivating Education seriously. Therefore,reforming these aspects systematically has become an effective way to strengthen the construction of ideological and political teaching team in secondary vocational schools.
