| 摘 要： | 采用阻断ELISA检测法,对猪瘟免疫程序为4、6周龄的猪只分别在4、6、8、16和30周龄采血检测猪瘟抗体,查看猪瘟免疫效果。结果表明,猪瘟抗体阳性率从4周龄的92.9%下降到6周龄的65.8%,继续下降到8周龄的50%,直到16周龄才升高到90%并持续到30周龄。

| Abstract: | The immunization procedure of CSFV is 4, 6 weeks old. Blood samples were collected from pigs at 4, 6, 8, 16 and 30 weeks of age to detect the antibody of CSFV by blocking ELISA. The results showed that the antibody positive rate of CSFV decreased from 92.9% at 4 weeks to 65.8% at6 weeks, continued to decrease to 50% at 8 weeks, and then increased to 90% at 16 weeks and continued to 30 weeks. |
