162例犬子宫蓄脓症调查分析

子宫蓄脓症是一种常见的母犬生殖系统疾病,为提高宠主对此病的重视及早期诊断提供帮助,文章收集了2017~2018年重庆8家动物医院的162例病例,分析子宫蓄脓症的发生与品种、年龄、生育史等之间的关系。结果可见:从犬种上看,常见患犬为北京犬27.78%,吉娃娃12.96%,博美11.11%;从体型上看,小型犬的发病率较高为82%,大型犬相对较低为18%。从年龄上看,发病平均年龄为7.91±2.86岁;从生育史看,有生育史的为43.83%,无生育史的为56.47%;从发病时间看,一年四季均有可能发病,在发情后4.96±3.84周的春季和秋季较多。结果表明:①小型犬中如北京犬、吉娃娃、博美、迷你雪纳瑞等子宫蓄脓病例最多;②七岁及以上未生育的犬患病比例最高;③发情后数周内的春秋季节容易患病。

Investigation and Analysis of 162 Cases Canine Pyometra

Canine pyometra is a common disorder in reproductive system of female dogs.In the case of improving the owner's attention and early diagnosis of the disease,the data of 162 cases of canine pyometra were collected from eight pet animal hospitals in ChongQing from 2017 to 2018 to analyze the relation of canine pyometra with breed,age,season,reproductive history and so on.The results of case analysis showed that the breed with high risk of the canine pyometra was Pekingese,Chihyuahua 27.78%,Pomeranians 11.11%and so on.Considering the size of the dog,incidence of smaller size dog was higher 82%,and while that of larger size dog was lower 18%.Considering the age of morbid bitches,the average age was 7.91±2.86.Considering the size of the dog 56.47%were nulliparous and 43.83%were multiparous.Considering the onset of the pyometra,it may occur throughout the year,but it frequently occured after 4.96±3.84 weeks from the end of estrus in the spring or autumn.Conclusion:①The incidence of small size dogs such as Pekingese,Chihyuahua Pomeranians,miniature schnauzer is the highest;②The incidence of dogs which lived over seven years and nulliparous is highest;③Pyometra frequently occurrs in the spring and autumn,several weeks from the end of estrus.
