浅圆仓径向通风技术研究

摘    要:为提高浅圆仓储粮通风均匀性,解决因入库自动分级产生的通风死角问题,同时提高通风效率,降低吨粮保管费用,基于计算机数学仿真模拟技术,研发了浅圆仓径向通风系统。通过实仓试验发现,该系统基本解决了浅圆仓中心单点入库后的通风均匀性,以及通风过程中水分分层较大的问题,有效提高了储粮稳定性。

Abstract:In order to improve the ventilation uniformity of grain storage in shallow silo, solve the problem of ventilation dead angle, improve the ventilation efficiency and reduce the storage cost per ton of grain, based on the computer mathematical simulation technology, the radial ventilation system of shallow silo storage was developed. The results showed that the system can basically solve the problem of ventilation uniformity after single point storage and the problem of large moisture stratification in the process of ventilation, and effectively improve the stability of grain storage.
