摘    要:以天津某奶牛场窖贮燕麦为研究对象,应用燕麦青贮团体标准对其质量进行评价分级。结果表明,在分项定级中氨态氮/总氮、粗蛋白为一级,pH、乙酸、丁酸、中性洗涤纤维为二级,酸性洗涤纤维为三级。综上所述,该燕麦青贮整体质量定级为三级,在生产中应加强燕麦种植、收获等管理水平,进一步提升燕麦青贮营养品质。

Abstract:In this study,the quality of oat silage stored in cellar of a dairy farm in Tianjin was evaluated and graded according to the group standard of oat silage.The results showed that ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen and crude protein at the first level in the sub classification,and pH,acetic acid,butyric acid,and neutral detergent fiber at the second level,while acid detergent fiber at the third level.In conclusion,the overall quality of the oat silage is rated as grade III.The management level of oat planting and harvesting should be strengthened in the production to further improve the nutritional quality of oat silage.
