三峡库区农业发展的供给侧改革现状分析

采取问卷调查方式对三峡库区农业发展的供给侧改革现状进行调查,调查内容涉及农业供给侧改革的内容、需解决的问题、改革的重点、存在的问题、改革的途径5个方面。基于三峡库区农业发展的供给侧改革存在的问题,提出应从以下3个方面对库区农业发展的供给侧进行改革:大力发展生态农业,提高农业发展竞争力;加大农业投入力度,提高农业科技创新能力;进一步提高农产品质量,大力发展特色品牌农业。

Analysis on the Current Situation of Supply-side Reform of Agricultural Development in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area

The supply-side reform of agricultural development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area was investigated by ques tionnaire,the content of the survey involves five aspects:the content of agricultural supply-side reform,the problems to be solved,the key points of reform,the existing problems and the ways of reform.The results show that:firstly,the main problems to be solved in the agricultural supply-side reform of the Three Gorges Reservoir area mainly include the weak competitiveness of ag ricultural products,a large number of surplus agricultural products,and serious pollution;Secondly,the focus of agricultural sup ply-side reform lies in capital investment,science and technology investment,and the cultivation of new agricultural operation subjects;Thirdly,there are three problems in the agricultural supply end:unbalanced structure of agricultural products in varieties and grades,low quality and safety of agricultural products,and backward agricultural production technology.Based on the prob lems existing in the supply-side reform of agricultural development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,this paper proposes that the supply-side reform of agricultural development in the reservoir area should be carried out from the following three aspects:vig orously developing ecological agriculture,improving the competitiveness of agricultural development;increasing agricultural invest ment,improving the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology;further improving the quality of agricultural products,and vigorously developing characteristic brand agriculture.
