辛硫磷对猪体表寄生虫病的驱虫效果观察

摘    要:通过比较不同剂量40%辛硫磷浇泼溶液对猪体表寄生虫的驱杀效果,为临床应用提供科学依据。将自然感染体表寄生虫的猪,随机分为高、中、低3个剂量的药物试验组和不给药物治疗阳性对照组,健康无寄生虫感染的猪作为空白对照,根据试验前和试验后7、14、21、28 d猪寄生虫数量和临床变化判定疗效。结果显示,中剂量和高剂量组对猪的体表寄生虫有极好的驱杀作用,在驱杀作用基本一致的情况下根据成本考虑,临床推荐使用中剂量30 mg/kg脊背垂直喷洒给药为宜。

Abstract:By comparing the driving effect of different doses of 40% phoxim on the parasites in pigs, Provide scientific basis for clinical application. Pigs that are naturally infected with surface parasites, Randomly divided into high, medium and low doses of drug test group and nonmedicated positive control group, Healthy parasite-infected pigs served as blank controls, Efficacy was judged based on the number of pig parasites and clinical changes before, and on 7, 14,21, and 28 days after the test. The results show that, The medium and high dose groups have excellent killing effect on the surface parasites of pigs. Considering the cost when the killing effect is basically the same, It is clinically recommended to use a mid-dose 30 mg/kg vertical spinal spray.
