辛硫磷对猪体表寄生虫病的驱虫效果观察

通过比较不同剂量40%辛硫磷浇泼溶液对猪体表寄生虫的驱杀效果,为临床应用提供科学依据。将自然感染体表寄生虫的猪,随机分为高、中、低3个剂量的药物试验组和不给药物治疗阳性对照组,健康无寄生虫感染的猪作为空白对照,根据试验前和试验后7、14、21、28 d猪寄生虫数量和临床变化判定疗效。结果显示,中剂量和高剂量组对猪的体表寄生虫有极好的驱杀作用,在驱杀作用基本一致的情况下根据成本考虑,临床推荐使用中剂量30 mg/kg脊背垂直喷洒给药为宜。
