西洋参磷素营养特性的研究

摘    要:为探讨西洋参磷素营养规律,利用^32P示踪技术与农化方法,西洋参移栽时在根部施入^32P标记磷肥:展叶期、果期叶面供磷,研究了西洋参对不同施肥方法、不同供磷时期对磷的吸收利用规律。结果表明:西洋参对底施和叶面供磷的吸收利用均随着生育期的推进而逐渐增加;底施磷肥是西洋参中磷素的主要来源,并主要分部于根部,约1/3分布于地上部;不同生育期叶面供磷,磷素向代谢活性部位分配,展叶期叶面供磷有利于向根部转移;供试期间皮,底施磷肥与展叶期和果期叶面供磷的单株^32P利用率分别为11.90%、37.49%和27.64%。

Abstract:P tracing technique and agricultural chemistry methods were used to investigate phosphorus metabolism in American ginseng. 32 P phosphate was applied to the roots of American ginseng when they are transplanted and supplied to their leaves at bloom and fruit stage. The effect of different fertilizing methods and times on phosphorus absorption and utilization was also studied. The results showed that the root phosphorus applying and the leaf phosphorus supplying will be increased gradually with lapse of growing stages The root phosphate applying is the main phosphorus source for American ginseng and the phosphorus is mainly distributed in the roots with about 1/3 of phosphorus was transfered to the upground part at different growing stages. Phosphorus was distributed to the exuberant of metabolic part when leaf is supplied with phosphorus at different growing stages Phosphorus was transfer to the roots when phosphorus was applied on leaves. The utilization rates of 32 P when phosphorus was applied to roots on leaves at blooming and fruiting stages were 11 90%,37 49% and 27 64%,respectively.
