| Abstract: | This paper investigated the basic viewpoint of fishery right in domestic and abroad by a comparative perspective.Three aspects were examined,such as the definition of fishery right,the subject and objectand the properties.Combined with the national conditions in China,it discussed the construction of the theory on fishery rights in the new period.Correlated individual view points were also put forward. |
