摘    要:本试验通过测定华北落叶松苗木在四个时期的根系活力、叶绿素、电导率及保护性酶活性,旨在探索影响根系活力的因子。结果表明:根系活力和叶绿素含量在速生期时最大,SOD活性在后三个时期都较大,PPO活性在生长初期最大,POD活性中间两时期较大,电导率在硬化期时较小。灰色关联性分析表明:缓苗期结束和硬化期SOD对根系活力的影响大,生长初期和速生期POD对其影响大。

Abstract:The two-year-old Larix principis rupprechtii seedlings were used to explore the root activity and the chlorophyll content、conductance and protective enzyme activity in the four growth stage were also studied.The results showed:root activity and chlorophyll content were the largest at the rapidly growth stage,SOD activity was the larger at the last three stages,PPO activity was the largest at the initial growth stage,POD activity was the larger at the initial growth stage and the rapidly growth stage,conductance was the less in the seedling hardening.The analyses the way of gray correlation degree show:root activity was mainly influenced by the SOD activity at the reviving stage and the seedling hardening stage;root activity was mainly influenced by the POD activity at the initial growth stage and the rapidly growth stage.
