| 摘 要： | 1995～ 1 997年北极狐配种期对 41只雄狐进行 97次电刺激采精试验 ,成功 96次 ,成功率 98 9%。雄狐用安定注射液和盐酸氯胺酮进行复合麻醉。电刺激采精器频率调至 2 0～ 30Hz;通、断电间隔时间 7s;电压由 2V开始 ,进行电刺激 ,每持续 30s后再升高 2V ,直至升到 30～ 32V公狐即可排精。所得到精液品质优良 ,采精后公狐食欲、精神均正常。

| Abstract: | From 1995 to 1997, 97 sperma extraction tests with 41 male arctic fox,and succeeded in 96 tests.The efficiency was hight to 98.9%.The male fox was complex anaestheticed by inject ketamini hydrochloridi Regulated the electro ejaculation export frequency range was 20～30 Hz,and the frequency between every electrify or out off were turn to 7 second,voltage from 2 volt started,than begun work.When ever it had worked 30 second,the voltage rised 2 volt.Untill the voltage attain 30 to 32 volt,the male fox could be ejaculation.The semen quality was very fine.The appetite and spirit of the male fox semen collocted were normal. |
