家蚕现行品种对氟化物、核型多角体病毒病抵抗性的研究

摘    要:对若干家蚕现行新品种进行抗氟性能和抗核型多角体病毒(VPV)病鉴定,结果是:不同品种对氟化物和VPV病抵抗力有差异,抗氟能力较强的有丰一、872、54A、丰一×54A、华峰×雪松、871×872:抗NPV病较强的是318、416、秋3、317×318、415×416、871×872;抗氟性和抗NPV病能力没有完全一致性,但317×318、871×872综合抗性较强。杂交种的抗氟和抗NPV病明显强于纯系。

Abstract:We have identified the resistance of several commercial silkworm Bombyx mori races to fluoride and nuclear polyhedrosis virus(NPV),and found the results as follows:The resistances to fluoride and NPV are differential in different silkworm races;the re-sistances to fluoride in the races of Fengyi,872,54A,Fengyi ×54A,huafeng×Xuesong,871×872 are stronger than those of other varieties,and the resistances to NPV in theraces of 318,416,Qiu3,317×318,415×416 and 871×872 are stronger than those of other races:the resistance to fluoride does not accord with the resistance to NPV in thesame silkworm race,but the combination of the two qualities is excellent in 317×318and 871×872:the resistance of hybrid to fluoride and NPV is remarkably better than that of pure race.
