| 摘 要： | 目前，广泛使用的精选装置主要是利用摩擦特性的螺旋精选机、回转带式精选机。其中，回转带式精选机精选质量较高，对虫伤破嘴豆、虫眼豆的分选率能达到99％。依据大豆的摩擦特性和带式分选的基本工作原理，分析了大豆与回转带问的斜碰撞问题；考虑大豆沿带宽方向的运动，建立了大豆在回转带面上运动轨迹方程，为完善带式大豆精选机提供依据。

| Abstract: | Ased on soybean's friction property and the fundamental operating principle of belt-sorting, analysis was given to the diagonal impact between soybeans and the rotating belt. In view of the movement of soybeans in the width direction of belt, motion trajectory equation of soybean on the surface of rotating belt was established, which provided basis for further improvement of the design and application of soybean belt intensive sorting equipment. |
