| 摘 要： | 从分析弱势群体医疗服务面临的问题入手,对农村人口参保难的现状进行了分析,并从政府提供资金支持、加大对农村卫生资源的扶持力度、推广多渠道的资金筹措渠道、强化农村卫生医疗机构医务人员素质等方面提出了构筑农村医疗服务保障制度的措施。

| Abstract: | Problems in the medical service for the vnlnerable group,and difficulty to join a have been analysed from the scope of rual population.Fund support from the government to meet to meet the needs is listend,measures of building medical treatment service security,have been suggested to support the dynamics of health resource in the country side,promot the multi-channel fund to raise the,strengthened personnel quality of medical worker in countryside hygiene medial institutions. |
