大豆M型质核互作雄性不育系W931A具恢复基因的品种地理分布

摘    要:选用295个国内外不同生态类型的大豆品种,通过与M型雄性不育系W931A进行测交,筛选含恢复基因的品种,并研究其地理分布特点。结果表明:M型雄性不育系W931A的恢复品种在不同生态区分布率明显不均;具强恢复基因的品种主要来源于我国南方大豆生态区域,而东北大豆生态区域以具保持基因的品种为主;日本、韩国及美国北部品种也多具保持基因型。

Abstract:Two hundred and ninety-five soybean varieties from China and several other countries were selected to test-cross with soybean M-type cytoplasmic-nuclear male sterile line,W931A,for screening restoring lines and analyzing the geographic distribution of restoring genes.The results showed that the geographic distribution of the varieties with the restoring genes was obviously uneven in various ecological regions.The varieties with strong restoring genes mostly existed in southern China,whereas the varieties from northeast China mostly were maintainers.Varieties from Japan,South Korea and Northern United States mostly were maintainer as well.
