| 摘 要： | 经鉴定笔柏(Sabina chinensis cv.Pyramidalis)根腐病病原为白纹羽菌(Rosellinia necatrix (Harting) Berlese=Dematophora necatrix Harting ),同时从该病菌上分离得一株寄生木霉,经鉴定为哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum),它对白纹羽菌具强烈的拮抗和寄生作用.正交试验测得白纹羽菌丝生长最适温度25～28 ℃,最适pH 6.5;哈茨木霉生长最适温度28 ℃,在偏酸性条件下生长较好.
