| 摘 要： | 离体培养生物技术是提供大量优质苗木的一个重要捷径,尤其是对难繁树种的成年优树的繁殖,更具有特殊意义。本文对经过表型选择的五个毛白杨(Populustomentosa Carr)成年优树,进行了离体培养技术的研究,移栽成活率达80％以上,大田试管苗生长茁壮,扩大了繁殖系数。在良种选育中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The in vitro cultivation of plants is a shortcut for producing large quantity of nursery stocks, especially to those aeging trees which are not easy to propagate. Using this technique five adult strains selected genotypically from 49 strains of Populus tomentosa earr. were transplanted. The survival rate of transplantation reached 80％and above. |
